How it works

So you wanna party, huh?

1. Fill Out the Event Details Form: 

To get started, simply fill out our online form with the details of your event. We’ll need to know:

  • Event date and time
  • Location of the event
  • Number of expected guests
  • Type of event (e.g., wedding, corporate event, birthday party)
  • Your contact information
  • Any special requests or preferences


2. Choose Your Menu 

The fun part! Once we have your event details, choose up to 5 cocktails on our curated cocktail menu. Let us know if you also want:

  • Any beer, cider and wine, sourced by you or us .
  • Non-alcoholic beverages
  • Dry ice
  • Flair bartenders
  • Champagne reception
  • Special requests for unique/custom cocktails


3. Receive a Personalised Quote 

After you’ve chosen what's on the menu, our team will review all the information and prepare a personalised quote for you. This will include:

  • Cost breakdown for services
  • Menu options (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages)
  • Any additional services you’ve requested We aim to send you the quote within 24-48 hours of receiving your form.


4. Confirm Your Booking 

Review the quote and, if everything looks good, confirm your booking. We’ll require a 50% deposit to secure the date, then you can make a secure payment via bank transfer. After the deposit is received, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the event details and a receipt for your payment.


5. Pre-Event Preparation 

The week of your event, we’ll reach out to reconfirm the details and discuss any last-minute adjustments. Our team will coordinate with you to ensure everything runs smoothly. We’ll also arrange a free site visit if necessary to check the logistics.


6. Setting Up at the Event 

On the day of the event, our team will arrive at the venue a few hours before the start time to set up the mobile bar. We bring all the necessary equipment, including:

  • The bar
  • Glassware
  • Beverage supplies
  • Ice and garnishes. 


7. Serving Your Guests 

During the event, our professional bartenders will serve a variety of drinks according to the menu agreed upon. We provide:

  • A wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Friendly and efficient service
  • Compliance with all health and safety regulations Our goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.


8. Packing Down 

After the event concludes, our team will handle all the clean-up and packing down of the mobile bar. We ensure:

  • Proper disposal of waste
  • Collection of all our equipment
  • Leaving the venue as clean as we found it


9. Post-Event Follow-Up 

We value your feedback! After the event, we’ll send you a follow-up email to thank you for choosing our services and to gather any feedback you might have. Your insights help us improve our services for future events.
